When A City Rises stands out above all other films I've seen at least for last 5 years. When I saw When A City Rises online for the first time, I was really surprised. Evie CheungCathy ChuYuk-Kwok Huang is the person who made When A City Rises such amazing movie. The sum of small details is incredible. When A City Rises really impressed me. It just set the new standard for Documentary movies. Great fun is guaranteed, enjoy watching it.
